Tulsi
Tulsi, commonly known as holy basil, but also as the "Mother Medicine of Nature" and "The Queen of Herbs". Tulsi boosts immunity and prevents infections, manages stress and anxiety, aids digestion, helps manage blood pressure, boosts metabolism and thus helps in weight management, helps regulate blood sugar levels and helps relieve menstrual cramps.
Tulsi contains antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antitussive (cough-relieving) and anti-allergic properties. Consuming Tulsi regularly has a calming effect and helps reduce stress.
Turmeric
Turmeric is an ancient spice that is commonly used in the kitchen. However, Turmeric is considered to be a wonderful spice and is known for its healing properties for ages, a tall plant that grows in Asia and Central America. It is also extremely beneficial as remedy in providing relief from pain and inflammation. It has Curcumin which has anti-inflammatory properties which aid skin health, blood sugar levels, ulcers, wounds & kidney damage. Used topically Turmeric powder helps control skin problems like acne due to its antibacterial nature.
